   There is no “follow” button on the bottom of the page

     WordPress suppresses the button if you are already a follower. Otherwise, to be more precise about the location of the button, it floats on top of the page, at the bottom right. Sometimes WordPress removes it, but if you scroll the page up or down slightly, it should reappear.
